How We'll Work Together

1. We start with your body

Not your thoughts about your body; your actual, lived experience. Through somatic practices, you'll learn to recognize what genuinely opens you up vs. what you think "should" feel good.

2. We build your language

You'll develop words for your desires that aren't borrowed from porn, romance novels, or your last partner. We'll practice expressing boundaries without over-explaining and asking for what you want without apologizing.

3. We work with your nervous system

Practices help you expand your capacity for pleasure at the pace your body can hold. We'll address the freeze response, shame patterns, and outdated protective mechanisms.

4. We integrate it into your life

Through practical tools like the Wheel of Consent, Nonviolent Communication, RBDSMA, and embodied practices, you'll take this work into your relationships and daily life.
