Her Desire Mapping workshop is aimed at helping you communicate your authentic, intimate desires, whether with yourself or a partner(s).

At the beginning of the workshop, there'll be a meditation alongside breath-work and movement. Following that, Jade will lead a revealing journalling activity where you'll delve into your accelerators (desires) and breaks (boundaries), centering on each of the five senses.

You'll have the opportunity to share your desires and boundaries with the group, boosting your self-assurance. By the end of the workshop, you'll have a more profound comprehension of your intimacy desires and limits, along with the self-assurance and phrasing to communicate them to others and cultivate them within yourself.
