Private coaching for individuals and couples ready to say what they want out loud.
The better you know yourself, the more fully you can be known. That’s the work.
For individuals
Most of us have a long, well-rehearsed list of reasons why we don’t say what we want out loud. What if I come off as too much? What if I’m misunderstood? What if they leave? What if I actually get what I want? I know that list well. I’ve spent years working my way down it.
People find their way here from a lot of different places. Some have been trying to find their person for years and can’t figure out what keeps getting in the way. Some have had pain around sex, physically or emotionally. Some are in the middle of a breakup, or just through one, and feel something cracked open that they don’t want to close back up. Some are in a period of real change and sense that the old version of themselves in relationship no longer fits. Some have never known what they want. Some know exactly what they want and have never been able to ask for it.
What my clients share is a willingness to look inward and get curious about themselves, maybe for the first time in a long time.
Many of us have never had a space where being fully seen felt possible. If that’s what you’re longing for, we build the conditions for it here, starting with you.
In our sessions, you’ll develop a real relationship with your own desire, uncovering what is genuinely true for you right now, entirely separate from external expectations, past partnerships, or cultural scripts. Then you’ll practice revealing your insides to the outside world.
I pay close attention to what your body is already communicating, because our nervous systems hold information our thoughts haven’t reached yet.
You’ll get a lot of care from me. You’ll also get the truth. Clients tell me I get to the crux of a thing fast, and that I’ll call them out with love when they need it.
There’s plenty I’m still figuring out, by myself and with my partner. I have my own therapist and my own mentors. I won’t ask you to go anywhere I haven’t been willing to go myself.
