I’m Jade

Sex & intimacy coach. Facilitator. Poetic pragmatist. Hard truth-teller with a big heart and a clear mirror.

I’m a somatic intimacy coach and experiential designer based in Boulder, Colorado. I work with individuals and couples who want intimacy that feels grounded, honest, and alive rather than performative, confusing, or stuck in old patterns.

My work helps people remember their bodies. speak what’s true, and build relationships rooted in emotional attunement, self-trust, and desire.

I don’t believe intimacy needs to be optimized. I believe it needs to be listened to.

My approach blends somatic practice, consent education, nervous-system attunement, breathwork, and simple, practical communication tools for real life. This work is experiential, embodied, and paced by what your system can actually hold.

People come to me when they’re ready to stop guessing about what they want, what they feel, and what’s no longer working and start telling the truth with more clarity, presence, and courage.

Why “Jade”

Jade isn’t the hardest gemstone, that’s diamond, but it is famously tough. Dense. Resilient. Hard to break because of its interlocking crystal structure.

That’s my style.

I’m the tool you bring when you’re ready to cut through the noise and meet your truth with love. I’ll be in the trenches with you as you shape what’s ready to change.

What I believe

  • Intimacy is something we remember, not perform.

  • Pleasure is a compass. Boundaries are an act of love.

  • The body tells the truth before the mind finds language.

  • Clarity is kind. Repair is sacred. Go slow to go fast.

  • Every structure of love: monogamy, ENM, blended families, co-parenting, deserves skillful care.

  • Shame is loud. Presence is louder.

I tend to work with people who are willing to tell the truth, first to themselves.

Who I work with

  • Individuals seeking deeper embodiment, clarity, and pleasure

  • Couples (monogamous, ENM, married, dating, co-parenting)

  • Folks rebuilding after rupture or betrayal

  • High-capacity leaders whose relational lives haven’t caught up with their professional ones

These beliefs didn’t come from theory. They came from living.

I was fascinated by sex early on, equal parts spiritual question and lab experiment. Some experiences expanded me. Others contracted me. All of them taught me something. I grew up in a divorced household with very few models of steady, honest love, so I went searching.

I searched everywhere.

Medicine ceremonies. Tantra. Relational workshops. Books. Therapy. Any doorway that promised truth. By my late twenties, after a medicine journey, I heard a clear instruction from my intuition:

Help people come home to their bodies and their truth.

What followed surprised me. I realized I didn’t need more input I needed perspective. So I chose a long season of celibacy, the edgiest thing I could imagine at the time. In that quiet, I began to unbraid my worth from sexual attention and saw something clearly: for years, sex had been easier for me than vulnerability.

True intimacy; naming needs, revealing fear, receiving devotion asked more courage than anything I’d done before. Slowly, I got clear on my non-negotiables. I grew real compassion for the people I’d partnered with. And I became genuinely comfortable being emotionally naked.

Then I met my devoted, generous, solid, epic human. He has two kids who are patiently training this former child gymnast to become a ball-sports person. Loving him and stepping into this life continues to stretch me in ways I never could have anticipated.

It’s been a hell of a ride. I’m still on it.

You’re invited.

HOW I WORK

Beyond Coaching

Alongside my work as a somatic intimacy coach, I’m also a global event producer. For over a decade, I’ve curated and led transformational events, from intimate workshops to large-scale international gatherings. My work is designed to bring people together in meaningful, unforgettable ways.

Whether I’m holding space for two people or two thousand, my intention remains the same: creating environments where people can meet themselves, each other, and feel inspired inside and out.

When I’m not guiding clients or producing events, you’ll find me enveloped by the majesty nature, dancing barefoot under the stars, or kitchen-witching with my partner…forever exploring what it means to be human.
