5-WEEK VIRTUAL SERIES
a sensory approach to clarity and connection
TUESDAYS • 5 - 6:30 PM MST
MAR 24 • MAR 31 • APR 7 • APR 14 • APR 21
You deserve intimacy that feels grounded, spacious, and honest.
Most of us were never taught how to listen to our desire. We learned how to accommodate, second-guess, or play a role, especially in relationship.
If you've ever frozen when asked "what do you want"...
Or said "I don't know" when you actually did know, but couldn't find the words...
Or felt like you're supposed to know how to have great sex, but nobody actually taught you how desire works...
Whether you're single and want clarity before your next relationship, or partnered and craving deeper connection, you're not broken. You just need a map.
Pleasure doesn't come from trying harder.
It comes from knowing yourself well enough to stay honest and letting yourself want what you want.
This 5-week series is where we change that; slowly, gently, and through the senses.
This series is for you if…
You freeze in conversations about desire or say "I don't know" when you actually do
You want to understand what actually opens you and what quietly shuts you down
You're single and want to know yourself deeply before your next relationship
You're partnered and want intimacy without pressure or pretense
You struggle to talk about sex, whether on dates or with a long-term partner
You're tired of feeling stuck, mismatched, or like you should "just know"
You crave erotic connection that feels safe and alive
You want pleasure that feels mutual, chosen, and real, now or in the future
You believe intimacy should be something you grow into, not choreograph
Whether you come solo or with a partner, you'll be working with the same core question:
What happens when I know myself well enough to ask for what I want?
After five weeks, you’ll be able to:
Recognize what truly opens you, and what quietly shuts you down
Understand your pleasure preferences across the senses
Develop language for needs, desires, and limits without over-explaining
Communicate with your partner without collapsing, over-explaining, or bracing
Take responsibility for your experience without carrying the whole relationship
Trust your body more than your conditioning
You’ll leave with:
Your personalized Pleasure Map across all five senses
Practical tools you can use immediately (no special equipment required)
Understanding of your unique accelerators and brakes (the Dual Control Model)
A framework for real intimacy conversations
The capacity to stay grounded, curious, and honest in the presence of desire
Pleasure becomes less mysterious and more shared.
What Participants Say
"I'm single and wasn't sure if this was for me. Turns out, understanding my own desire before my next relationship was the most empowering thing I could have done."
"Jade creates a space where you can be honest without judgment. I didn't realize how much I was holding back until I didn't have to anymore."
"I finally have words for what I want. My partner and I had the best conversation we've had in years.”
"My body knows things I forgot how to listen to. I'm not guessing anymore."
Our Orientation
This series blends science, sensation, and relational practice, including:
The Dual Control Model of arousal (what accelerates you, what slows you down)
Sensory awareness as a pathway to desire and presence
The understanding that pleasure can't be forced, only invited
Choice, capacity, and orientation rather than guarantees
This orientation is especially supportive if you:
Want more intimacy but don't want to push, whether that's with yourself, on dates, or in a relationship
Are single and want to enter your next relationship with clarity
Love your partner but struggle to talk about sex
Crave erotic connection that feels safe and alive
No pretense. No scripts.
Just tools for knowing yourself and letting intimacy unfold from there.
Curriculum
-
You learn how your desire actually works and how to listen without pressure.
We explore the Dual Control Model (accelerators and brakes), establish a shared language of consent, and practice recognizing what a genuine "yes" and "no" feel like in your body. You'll begin to understand why pressure kills desire, and what to do instead.
-
You explore what your body responds to visually and aurally, and how environment shapes desire.
From lighting and aesthetics to music and silence, from what you see when you close your eyes to what you want to hear whispered in your ear, we map what opens you and what distracts you. You'll design your ideal erotic space, whether that's an actual room or a quality of attention.
-
You access pleasure through memory, association, and the senses that bypass logic.
These are the senses of remembering. We explore how scent and taste can anchor you in presence, evoke longing, or unlock what you didn't know you were carrying. You'll learn to work with your body's associations instead of against them.
-
You learn to ask for what you want, receive touch with choice, and explore curiosity—with yourself or with another.
Touch is where most of us lose ourselves. This week, we slow it down. You'll work with micro-communications, clear requests, and discovering touch as conversation—not choreography. Singles will learn to attune to their own touch and prepare for future intimacy. Partnered folks will practice these skills together. Everyone learns to ask for, receive, and give touch with clarity and ease.
-
You translate insight into real conversations using tools like RBDSM, a practical framework for self-advocacy and clarity in intimacy.
We bring it all together. You'll learn how to use RBDSM, a simple but powerful tool for communicating preferences. Singles will practice articulating desires for future dates and relationships. Partnered folks will navigate real-life scenarios with their person. Everyone walks away with language that actually works.

Your Questions, Answered
Do I need to bring a partner?
1
No. This series is designed for individuals and couples. You're welcome to attend solo or with a partner. Couples may join from the same screen or separate ones, whatever feels best.
What if I'm single? Will this still be relevant?
2
Absolutely and arguably even more valuable. Understanding your own desire before you're in a relationship means you can enter your next connection with clarity, language, and boundaries already in place. Many single participants say this work transformed their dating life because they finally knew what they were looking for and how to ask for it. You're not "preparing for someday,” you're building a relationship with your own pleasure right now, which is the foundation for everything else.
What if I've never done somatic work before?
3
Perfect! This series is designed to be accessible to beginners. Everything is explained clearly, and participation is always optional. You'll never be put on the spot.
Is this LGBTQ+ friendly?
4
Absolutely. All genders, orientations, relationship structures, and expressions are welcome.
Will I have to share personal details in front of the group?
5
Never. Participation is invitational. Breakout groups are optional. You can engage as much or as little as feels right. Listening is a valid form of participation.
What if I miss a week?
6
All sessions are recorded and available for 30 days. You'll also have the WhatsApp group for support and connection between sessions.
Can I attend if I have a history of trauma?
7
Yes. This work is trauma-informed, and nothing is forced. You're always in choice about your level of engagement. That said, this is educational/experiential work, not therapy. If you're actively working through trauma, I encourage you to stay connected with your therapist alongside this series.
I'm not sure this is for me. Can I talk to you first?
8
Of course. Book a free 15-minute clarity call and we can discuss your specific situation and whether this series feels like the right fit.
Your desire, your boundaries, your pleasure, it all belongs here.
Come map your pleasure and discover what happens when you know yourself well enough to ask for what you want, whether that's with yourself, on a first date, or with the person you've been with for years.
If you've been craving more intimacy without the pressure, this is the perfect place to begin.
