Sex & the Cycle

What does your cycle have to do with your desire? Everything.

with Jade Levinson & Zahava rose

About this workshop

Most of us have been taught that our bodies run on a 24-hour clock. Wake up. Do the same things. Expect the same results. But if you have a menstrual cycle — or love someone who does — you already know that something shifts across the month. Energy changes. Mood changes. The way you want to be touched changes.

This workshop maps those changes to your erotic landscape.

Over two hours, we'll move through the four phases of the menstrual cycle and what they mean for desire, sensation, libido, and intimacy. When you want to be seen and when you want to disappear. When touch feels electric and when it doesn't. When you want connection and when you need space — and why none of that is a problem to fix.

Whether you have a cycle, are in perimenopause, or love someone who menstruates — this is information that changes how you show up in intimacy.

What you'll leave with

A map of your cycle

A practical framework for understanding how each phase shapes your desire, energy, and relational needs. Not theory. Something you can actually use starting this month.

Language for what shifts

Words for the changes you've always felt but haven't been able to name or communicate to a partner. Vocabulary that reduces confusion and opens conversation.

Permission to stop pushing through

An understanding of why forcing consistency across your cycle works against you, and what it looks like to work with your body instead.

Something to share

A framework that's as useful for partners, lovers, and close friends as it is for the person with the cycle. Understanding this changes relationships.
