Desire Mapping: Uncover What You Truly Want

  • Archipelago 2345 7th Street Denver, CO, 80211 United States (map)

What do you really want?

Not what’s expected. Not what keeps the peace.

But the messy, magnetic, and sometimes mysterious truths pulsing underneath the surface of your skin.

Desire Mapping is a 3-hour, immersive workshop to get curious about your Yes, No, and Maybe—through the lens of sensation, consent, and the five senses.

We begin by arriving in our bodies: breath, movement, and gentle drop-ins. Then, through guided visualization, somatic writing, and partnered reflection, we’ll map desire not just as fantasy—but as felt sense, memory, and possibility.

You’ll explore:

✨ How your nervous system shapes your ability to feel desire

✨ The “Dual Control Model” of brakes and accelerators (Emily Nagoski)

✨ A guided five-senses journey through your own unique turn-ons

✨ Consent-centered language for voicing your wants with clarity and care

✨ Why the gray-zone Maybe is not a problem—but a doorway

This is not about performance, perfection, or even productivity.

This is about attunement. To what’s alive. To what’s awakening. To what’s waiting to be named.

You’ll leave with:

  • A personal Desire Map rooted in your body’s wisdom

  • Tangible tools to speak your needs and boundaries

  • A soft invitation to deepen this work 1:1 (optional)

  • A felt sense of connection—to yourself and those around you

No prior experience necessary. All genders, sexual orientations, and relationship structures are welcome.
