The Practice of

Giving & Receiving Pleasure:

A 4-Week Intimacy Series

Rooted in The Wheel of Consent®

Tuesdays — Jan 20, Jan 27, Feb 3, Feb 10 | Denver

You deserve relationships where your yes feels clean, your no feels safe, and your desires feel natural.

Most of us were never taught how to ask for what we want, how to receive without guilt, or how to give without abandoning ourselves.

This 4-week series is where we change that — slowly, gently, with the body leading the way.

  • You struggle to ask for what you want

  • You feel guilty receiving, even when it’s offered generously

  • You say yes when your body is a no

  • You want cleaner, braver communication

  • You want intimacy that feels genuine, not like a role you're playing

  • You want to understand your desires without shame

This series is for you if…

  • Ask for what you want with clarity and confidence

  • Say no without guilt or collapse

  • Receive pleasure without shrinking

  • Give from generosity instead of obligation

  • Navigate desire with honesty and ease

  • Trust your body more than your conditioning

After four weeks, you’ll be able to:

“I thought I knew how to touch… until Jade invited me to feel what it was like to touch for my own pleasure.

Taking pleasure isn’t selfish — it’s sacred.

When I stopped performing and let myself receive, something cracked open.”

  • The quadrant most people struggle with — and the one that changes everything.

  • Giving that feels clean, sexy, and sovereign — not obligatory.

  • Bringing it all into your relationships, communication, intimacy, and everyday life.

You’ll be paired with a Buddy for weekly practice and reflection, plus a private WhatsApp group for connection, support, and integration between sessions.

This workshop is gentle, paced, and trauma-informed. There is no explicit sexual contact, no nudity, and no pressure to participate beyond your comfort. You choose your level of engagement at all times.

  • “I didn’t know my body had this much clarity.”

  • “I’m finally not terrified to say no.”

  • “My partner and I had the best conversation we’ve had in a decade.”

  • “I realized I’d been giving from guilt my whole life.”
